For those among our customers who love to prepare the blinis themselves we are delighted to offer you the following recipe:
Oladji / Blini Recipe

125gr buckwheat flour 
125gr. wheat flour
60ml lukewarm water
300ml kefir 
2 eggwhites
1 TL honey
Pinch salt
Pinch baking powder  
butter oil for baking

1.    Mix the flour, salt and baking powder in a bowl 
2.   Add water, kefir and honey and stir well until it is a smooth pastry
3.   Separate eggwhite from the rest, beat eggwhite until it is foamy, fold in softly
4.   Use the butter oil for baking of the small blinis in a large pan (3-4 at a time)
