Nois Gras is new creation by Tobias Buholzer.
After several years tobis Buholzer - Head Chef of "Die Rose" in Rüschlikon near Zurich - has finally closed the cook books and now offers this wonderful new delight for all gourmets.
The verbal and written affinity to "foie gras" has been chosen by intention. Its taste and texture is more or less the same as the "foie gras" but - and is the big difference between the two products - "noix gras" is 100% vegetarian and 100% without animal research necessary.
